Supported Accommodation for Young People

Supporting young people aged 16–18 to thrive and move towards independence

At Integrity Supported Living, we provide supported accommodation and floating support for vulnerable young people aged 16 to 18 who may otherwise be at risk of homelessness, placement breakdown or significant harm.

Our service offers a safe, structured and nurturing environment where young people are supported to develop independence, stability and resilience while remaining appropriately safeguarded.

We work in partnership with Local Authorities and professionals to ensure placements are well matched, risk managed and outcome focused.
