We have an experienced rapid response (SOS) team trained to support individuals with a wide range of needs, including those experiencing crisis, placement breakdown or sudden changes in circumstances.

We also provide transition support for individuals moving from children’s services into adult care, ensuring continuity and stability during this critical period.

What Is an Emergency Placement?

Emergency placements are short-notice admissions for individuals who require urgent accommodation and support.

These placements provide immediate safety and stability, allowing time for:

  • Initial assessment
  • Risk management
  • Care and support planning
  • Consideration of next steps

While emergency placements are often temporary, they may transition into longer-term placements where appropriate.

We provide fully supported accommodation with 24/7 staff presence, ensuring individuals are supported from the moment they arrive.
