At Integrity Supported Living Ltd, we provide Family Assessment Centre services, including Mother and Baby placements, to support vulnerable pregnant women and new mothers before, during and after childbirth.
Our service offers a safe, structured and nurturing environment where mothers can receive practical support, guidance and assessment while professionals gather clear, evidence-based information to support safeguarding and care planning decisions.
We work closely with Local Authorities, social workers and health professionals to ensure that each placement is supportive, transparent and focused on the wellbeing of both mother and baby.
Our Family Assessment Service
Our Family Assessment Centre is designed to support women who may be experiencing complex or vulnerable circumstances, including:
- • Homelessness or housing instability
- • Mental health needs
- • Substance misuse concerns
- • Limited support networks
- • Previous involvement with children’s services
Placements provide mothers with stability, supervision and guidance, while ensuring babies’ safety, development and daily needs are carefully monitored.
Parenting Assessments
We deliver independent, structured parenting assessments, tailored to the individual needs of each family.
- • Residential assessments delivered over up to 12 weeks
- • Evidence-based and aligned with statutory guidance
- • Observations focused on parenting capacity and responsiveness
Assessments are undertaken by qualified professionals and supported by experienced family support staff.
24/7 Support and Supervision
Our Family Assessment Centre provides 24-hour supervision, monitoring and support, ensuring:
